Hat is an offline party word game. We take a minimal-data approach.
We do not collect or store personal data on our servers.

This information is sent over HTTPS through a Cloudflare Worker proxy to a private Telegram chat read only by the developer. We do not correlate it with any identifier — there is no account, no IDFA, no IP logging beyond Cloudflare's standard 24-hour edge logs.
We do not collect or use: identifiers (IDFA, login, email), location, contacts, microphone, camera, health data, financial information, browsing history, or any analytics/tracking SDKs. Hat does not show ads.
All game settings, custom word packs, team names, and saved games live only on your device in iOS's UserDefaults. They never leave the device.
The app downloads an updated word list from wiki.mu-vibe.com at launch using a public HTTPS request. The server records standard web logs (URL, timestamp, IP) for 24 hours, used solely for abuse prevention. No user identifier is sent.
Hat is rated 4+ and has no chat, no user-generated content visible to other users, no in-app purchases, and no third-party tracking.
